Halogen compound has
been more and more proved that it is
carcinogenic, teratogenesis oriented, and
harmful to Ozonosphere. It is no doubt to
prohibit such toxic halogen-containing
compound is necessary. Unfortunately,
this kind CFC (chlorofluorocarbon)
brominated solvents is with excellent
cleaning ability and solvency, but ECO
friendly Hydrocarbon solvents are hardly
to achieve the same effect. Therefore,
the metal processing factories risked the
environment and their own safety to use
the Halogen- containing toxic compounds
in order to maintain the production and
quality of products. PowerWash™AHLR03-AL,
the latest developed aluminum alloy/
water-based cleaning agent, adopts the
distinguished and particular surfactant
technology. PowerWash™AHLR03-AL is
capable to effectively remove polishing
rouge/ polishing wax/ polishing powder
from screw holes, slits, and the surfaces
of aluminum / magnesium / zinc /
stainless steel / carbon steel alloy in
60 seconds. PowerWash™AHLR03-AL is the
unique ECO friendly cleaning agent which
can completely replace dichloromethane ,
chloroform , trichlorethylene ,
bromopropane cleaning products. PowerWash™AHLR03-AL
is not containing aromatic compounds and
toxic halogen elements, and PowerWash™AHLR03-AL
does not release chlorine ion and bromine
ion. In addition, PowerWash™AHLR03-AL
does not react with aluminum and form

Traditionally, the aluminum forgings were
whitened using highly dangerous acidic
liquid or strong alkali such as
hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sodium
hydroxide; such corrosive cleaning could
not maintain the precision of the
workpiece, but exposed the workers to
dangers. In particular, halogen strong
acid was used for cleaning in order to
achieve better cleaning effects and
higher cleaning efficiency; as long as
once gets into contact with one drop of
it, he/she shall be hospitalized and
given calcium gluconate injection to
inhibit corrosion, as a result of which
halogen strong acid is known as “bone
dissolving water” in the industry.
PowerWash™ Forging Aluminum Parts Cleaner
adopts the interface active agent
cleaning technology, is mild, will not
result in immediate chemical burns in
case of body contact and may replace
traditional corrosive cleaning processes
using strong acid or alkali, conforms to
the occupational safety requirements. The
natural environment-friendly fatty
alcohol non-ion interface active agent

alloys.

carcinogenic
because it
excludes BTA

reacts with

degreasing

fluorine, chlorine and bromine, etc. Has
good biological degradability and
complies with the environmental
protection requirements. Once released
into the water and soils, this product
will not build up with time but will
degrade steadily. This product will not
result in biological buildup or
accumulate in the organisms for a long
period of time. Once released into the
air, this product will decompose rapidly
under the effects of the light and its
half decay period is less than 1 day.
Once the product is released into water,
its 96-hour LC50 toxicity for fish is
greater than 100 mg/L. So far, this
