PowerWash™ Cured PU Painting Remover SGC04 ACHM04-i... 


There are two main materials of golf ball shell; one is SURLYN and the other is URETHANE. PU paint, pattern printing and cured PU finishing painting will be coated outside the shell of golf ball. This three cured exterior PU paints must withstand the impact from the metal club head with speed of 250 km, have excellent toughness, and protect the logo mark inside. However, the materials of cured PU painting are various, and they have different characteristics after mixing with hardener and crosslinking agent. PowerWash™ Nylok Resin Cleaning Agent

PowerWash™ cured ink cleaning gelACHM01-GG 


The rubber which is formed directly on the metal has excellent properties of the composite material. However, it is very difficult in the recycling and separation processes. PowerWash™ RSS01, Rubber-metal separating agent, is capable to successfully peel off the rubber from metal sheet. What you have to do is to soak the metal sheet in PowerWash™ RSS01 with slightly sway. The rubber will be easily separated from the metal sheet.


PowerWashForging Aluminum Parts Cleaner
                     (Synonym: aluminum forging whitening agent)

 

Traditionally, the aluminum forgings were whitened using highly dangerous acidic liquid or strong alkali such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide; such corrosive cleaning could not maintain the precision of the workpiece, but exposed the workers to dangers. In particular, halogen strong acid was used for cleaning in order to achieve better cleaning effects and higher cleaning efficiency; as long as once gets into contact with one drop of it, he/she shall be hospitalized and given calcium gluconate injection to inhibit corrosion, as a result of which halogen strong acid is known as “bone dissolving water” in the industry. PowerWash™ Forging Aluminum Parts Cleaner adopts the interface active agent cleaning technology, is mild, will not result in immediate chemical burns in case of body contact and may replace traditional corrosive cleaning processes using strong acid or alkali, conforms to the occupational safety requirements. The natural environment-friendly fatty alcohol non-ion interface active agent has good biological degradability and conforms to the environmental protection requirements.


PowerWash™  copper monoxide reductant COR01 

After washing, degreasing or heat treatment, the surface of cooper alloy will become dim because of oxidation. In the past, acid or abrasives are used to dissolve or abrade the copper monoxide. And then the Heterocyclic antirust agent will be applied on the inside shining cooper to prevent oxidation. PowerWash™ COR01, copper monoxide reductant, adopts reduction method to reduce copper monoxide into gloss copper alloy. Moreover, PowerWash™ COR01 will form "micro- protective film "on the surface of the copper alloy which does not affect the conductivity to prevent the re-oxidation and discoloration of copper alloys. PowerWash™ COR01 is non carcinogenic because it excludes BTA and aromatic compounds.  PowerWash™ COR01 is completely miscible with water (the solubility of Heterocyclic antirust agent with water is less than 3%). Heterocyclic antirust agent strongly chelate reacts with cooper, and only 10% sulfuric acid or other strong acid are capable to remove. However, PowerWash™ COR01 slightly chelate reacts with cooper to form "micro- protective film ", and this protective film can be easily removed by citric acid or other weak acid. PowerWash™ COR01 is ECO friendly and 100% biodegradable; it can be applied on copper, gold, silver, tin and its alloys.


PowerWashOily Aluminum Parts Cleaner( Synonym: neutral degreaser )

Aluminum alloy is a soft metal of strong chemical activity that is vulnerable to acid and alkali. In normal aqueous degreasing processes, the aluminum workpieces are prone to surface damages, decreased precision and even water damages as a result of increases in temperature and time. Cleaning using hydrocarbon solvents such as quenching oil is more of “cleaning” rather than “dilution”, after which a thin layer of oil film bonds to the work pieces, which may result in coating defects and entire exfoliation of the electroplating layer. PowerWashWater dissolves Water Cut Agent

Traditional oliy dewatering agent may moisten and wet the work pieces at the bottom of the soaking basket if the water is not drained, therefore resulting in sandblasting rust or defects in subsequent processing. And, if the oily dewatering agent dissolves too much processing oil due to poor prior degreasing, the work pieces may be “covered with oil” again during this “dewatering” process, therefore invalidating the previous degreasing process. PowerWash™ Water dissolves Water Cut Agent prevents the water from settling at the bottom of the dewatering agent so that there is not the problem of forgetting to drain the water. In case of poor prior degreasing, oils floating at the surface may be visible and detected immediately.

Used prior to ink baking, oxidation and UV hardening; will not damage any powder coating, electroplating or coating surface. Good permeability, low foam, can be washed clean with fresh water rapidly without any residue. Free from any benzene or aromatic organic solvent. Free from toxic halogen elements such as fluorine, chlorine and bromine, etc. Has good biological degradability and complies with the environmental protection requirements. Once released into the water and soils, this product will not build up with time but will degrade steadily. This product will not result in biological buildup or accumulate in the organisms for a long period of time. Once released into the air, this product will decompose rapidly under the effects of the light and its half decay period is less than 1 day.
