*Successfully developed solid
(Not powder) automatic
dishwasher detergent. It is the
earliest supplier in Asia that
has solid-state dishwasher
detergent manufacturing
technology, ahead of Japan and
South Korea.
*Hardening resin/ink remover.
The resin/ink that has been
cured by oven curing or UV
curing is very strong and hard,
in the past required to use
strong acids, strong alkalis or
toxic halogen solvents to
decompose it. Moreover,
decomposition often causes other
problems due to excessive
corrosion or the escape of toxic
solvents. Our company has
successfully developed a
neutral, halogen-free,
environmentally friendly
detergent that can effectively
decompose hardened PU, nylon,
EOPXY, acrylic, polyester,
polyimide, and other organic
polymers with low toxicity and
low corrosiveness. It can also
be used on aluminum alloys and
even resin materials to remove
hardened resin/ink.
* pH5.0 and pH7.0 aluminum alloy
forging cleaning agent. In the
past, the black epidermis formed
after forging or heat treatment
of aluminum alloy, required
strong acid or alkali to corrode
the surface and further whiten
it. This causes many workplace
safety hazards. And the
discharge of chemicals after
cleaning also causes
environmental problems. Our
company has successfully
developed a whitening agent for
aluminum alloy forgings that is
close to the human skin’s pH
value and neutral, solving the
problem of industrial safety.
And because the etching is
uniform, no over-etching, the
surface of the aluminum after
whitewashing is bright and will
not be atomized, which reduces
the time for subsequent
polishing. It also reduces the
content of metal ions in
wastewater.
* Particle cleaner. Various
alkaline, neutral, acidic,
water-based, solvent-based, and
surfactant-based Particle
cleaners. Successfully applied
in cleaning of various
industrial equipment or
